Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist & respond to technical and customer queries via email, chat
• Ensure all contacts are documented using the tracking tool
• Ensure customers are satisfied with services offered
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Knowledge:

Understanding on: Computer Operating Skills, Operating System, Internet Concepts & Technical troubleshooting

Skills:

• Excellent Written Skills
• Good Conversational Skills
• Typing Speed – above 30 wpm
• Should be willing to work in shifts

Profile - II

Designation:  Support Executive
